The Effect of Strategic Management Issues in the United of Arab Emirates Public Organisations

Abstract:

This paper investigates the implementation of strategic management issues in public organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is the very first chapter that is organized in a few sections. At the beginning of this study briefly presents the background, importance, followed by identifying the current situation of the implementation of strategic management issues in public organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The management practitioners, especially who is engaged with implementation in strategic management, need to be involved in applying the strategies to manage the people management techniques to address the dynamic global market trends with the war for talent and competencies. The knowledge economy is booming up and has become trendy for organizational success factors leading to the competitive success of the organizations. The successful management professionals leverage the existing talent and competencies for future jobs by developing them to take up higher responsibilities with the right competencies for organizational success
