The Effects of Globalization on the Market of Consumption in Romania

Abstract:

Nowadays, Romania is under the influence of a range of factors of world development, among which the most consistent ones are globalization and regionalization.
From the strong interrelations existing between the economic, environmental and social aspects of the systems of food production we can notice the need to develop a thorough network of these factors, which can be used to facilitate the patterns of innovation and making, for reducing the gaps between the rural areas at global level.
This paper advances an economic tool meant to evaluate the dependency of production on consumption, starting from the potential it possesses in the sugar beetroot crop and which Romania has, unlike the other European manufacturers, but also the new orientations regarding the uses of this crop.
In this paper we carry out an analysis beginning from the European policy 2014-2020 on the chain production – consumption of sugar in Romania, a market assessment, with the help of the regression function.
