The Efficiency of a Managerial Training Program in Selected Units of International Franchise Company

Abstract:

This article examines the effectiveness of the training program applied to personnel management level in an international chain of fast-food Company. To investigate the functionality of this part of knowledge management were selected regional units of this franchise company. Research respondents were interviewed using a questionnaire. The aim was to find out if this international model is even effective for national, respectively regional, conditions and if the employees are insufficient to establish recommendations to prepare their work, are motivating and satisfying.
