Abstract:
The dynamics of the business environment puts pressure on the competitiveness of each enterprise. In this context, employee training is one of the determinants of ensuring the long-term prosperity of an enterprise. Well-educated employees are able to effectively communicate and perform better their work. The synergy effect in the enterprise is reflected in productivity gains, cost savings, work morale and other aspects. Currently, there are a number of methods used in the training of employees. The goal of the article is to define the effectiveness of the methods used, because the choice of appropriate training methods is a key issue for their choice. The results of the research show that the studied methods of education are effective in terms of their evaluation.
