Abstract:

Assessment of the organization's functioning using the EFQM Excellence Model is usually implemented as a comprehensive project to which the entire organization is a subject. This article presents the idea of using the RADAR tool, which is part of the EFQM Excellence Model, to examine the level of implementation and evaluation of a selected organizational solution related to the concept of Industry 4.0.
