Abstract:
The study of entrepreneurial intention is a subject of interest for the sphere of entrepreneurship. The purpose of the proposed research is to determine to what extent the characteristics of the entrepreneurial university along with the behavioral traits of the university students exert an influence on the entrepreneurial intention of the university students. The study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model, but proposes the inclusion of a construct that measures the influence of the entrepreneurial university environment on the entrepreneurial intention of the students. The target group of the empirical study is represented by students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration within “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iași, Romania.
