Abstract:

The major advantage of ERP systems is the integration, centralization of databases to let circulate rational and relevant information (Davenport, 1998). ERP are information systems whose objective is to integrate various functions: finance, human resources, management of the equipment, accountancy, production, sale and distribution (Scalle and Cotteleer, 1999; Davenport, 2000). ERP systems objectives, at the beginning, were focused on improving transactions of actions through the standardization of businesses processes and operations and data integration (Cooke and Peterson, 1998, Davenport, 2000). This study aims to determine the contribution of the systems as ERP,  improving decision quality through the enterprise. To determinate the correlation between these two variables.
