Abstract:
State management of agriculture in its essence occupies one of the key places in the General system of social production and plays a decisive role. It performs a set of objective socio-economic functions that ensure the continuous development of society and production at the levels of management. Depending on the quality of the state administration's performance of these objective socio-economic and other functions, the state plays a threefold role in the development of society and its links. This is the most important prerequisite for success or failure in the life of each person, business entity, industry-region and social reproduction in General.
