Abstract:

The UNO research point out a constant increase in the development of e-administration in the world, with European countries being at the forefront of this development [United Nations 2018]. Poles make use of e-administration services much less frequently than citizens of other European Union countries, as evidenced by, among other things, Eurostat data. Only 25% of Poles use the Internet to get information from websites of public authorities (compared to an average of 44% in the EU-28).
