Abstract:

In the era of digital-based economy, leading enterprises of industry transform to platform enterprises and execute open innovation by building online innovation platform with self as the core. To explore how to realize win-win cooperation by empowering during the process of innovating on platform, this paper builds the tripartite evolutionary game model of platform enterprise and innovation suppliers and demanders, analyzes the evolution of strategy of limited rational players from three dimensions: structural empowerment, resource empowerment and psychological empowerment. Initial willingness to participate was considered to analyze, and MATLAB was used to show the result intuitively. It is found that the research on the platform-based innovation ecosystem should be considered in stages. In the early stage, platform enterprises should build platform for connection with the goal of attracting more suppliers and demanders by improving the structural empowerment. In the medium stage, platform enterprises can benefit from building platform for incubation. At this time, improving resource empowerment can promote platform enterprises, suppliers and demanders to win-win cooperate positively. And the improvement of psychological empowerment can promote innovative suppliers and demanders to participate in platform innovation effectively, but it exists one optimal value of psychological empowerment for platform enterprises to make effect by paying least cost. In the mature period, the efficiency of empowerment is improved, and the requirement of empowerment for platform enterprises is reduced.
