The Factors that Influence the Development of Rural Villages – Case Study Semlac Commune, Arad County

Abstract:

In general, the current situation of the Romanian village is not at all happy, it faces many problems, the migration of young people from rural to urban centers, lack of employment, aging population, lack of minimum living conditions, as drinking water or sanitation, because a significant part of the Romanian population living in precarious conditions, without prospects of the young population is increasingly absent, being represented the major proportion of the elderly and the social assisted persons. However there are exceptions of the rule, proving that sense of responsibility through involvement with local authorities in development of these areas, it becomes possible to revitalize the Romanian countryside.
