Abstract:

Modern project management seems to be a solution for majority of problems of construction works organization as delays, problems with quality and . Therefore the paper aim is presentation of importance and features of project management and its introduction to construction branch serving the industry as it has special requirements from the business customers. The paper is based on literature research as well as secondary sources analysis. The main finding shows that project management can be useful method eliminating some construction branch imperfections however needs identification of crucial success factors, which determine the success of the entire construction investment through keeping appropriate financial, quality and timely framework.
