The Foreign Economic Activity Development as A Direction for Improving Russian Regions Marketing Strategy (Based on The South Urals Example)

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the study of ways to improve foreign economic activity as a key area for the implementation of the marketing strategy of the Russian regions. The authors identified the main directions of diversification of regional exports, including natural-production and innovation component. The article explores the export structure of Russia and its industrially developed regions, analyzes industry guidelines for the development of federal and regional exports, and explores the possibilities of expanding the geography of export supplies. As a result of the study, a list of economic sectors promising for export development was formed and justified, the use of which will optimize the marketing strategies of the subjects of the Russian Federation and increase their global competitiveness.
