Abstract:

The article discusses the main concepts and approaches to government regulation of the economy in Russia at the present stage. There are three approaches: 1) liberal – non- interference of the government , 2) command-administrative, 3) public-private partnership. For the first time, the author offers a set of necessary and sufficient basic interdisciplinary methodological tools for studying the objective limits of government participation (government regulation) in a particular area (sphere) of the economy.
