Abstract:

This article focuses mainly on the research and evolution of GDP of the Slovak Republic and on the possibilities of influencing it by the arrival of new investors. In recent years and especially under the influence of the adoption of the euro, the conditions have gradually changed. This is precisely why we have tried to look at this issue in a complex way from multiple angles, whether from the legal point of view or even with studying of different reactions and perception of markets. Based on these findings, we have also formulated specific recommendations regarding the admission of a new automotive investor to the market.
