The Impact of Computer Self Efficacy, Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Learning Content on e-Learning

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of computer self efficacy, ease of use, perceived usefulness and training content on the present e-learning achievement in the one hand , and the influence of the present e-learning achievement on the future reproduction of e-learning behaviour through e-learning intentions, on the other hand. A conceptual model, based on the social cognitive theory, and the technology acceptance theory is developed and tested on 410 trainees, in Tunisian context. Data analysis conducted by structural equations shows the importance of training content, perceived usefulness and ease of use as factors influencing e-learning achievement. Also, the influences of learning achievement on the future e-learning behavior are shown.
