Abstract:

The present research investigates the impact of globalization on small and medium enterprises survival in ICT sector of Pakistan. Our survey included all the software development firms registered in Pakistan Software Export Board, Islamabad. The results reveal that globalization have positively affect the performance of SMEs. The research outcome also suggested that human capital of these firms should equip themselves with globalize skills and techniques to develop global scale software systems for their global clients. The research findings also invite universal and global scale business enterprises at competitive prices with required quality software development services from SMEs software firms operating in Pakistan.
