The article is devoted to the analysis of the main directions for formation of effective business interaction in a company taking into account world trends. Any company unites people for joint activities and is aimed at achieving an almost meaningful goal, so it is important to create the most favorable psychological situation in the working place. In the context of globalization, in its activities the organization should take into account the world experience of optimal adjustment of relations between employees, employees and management, actively adopt methods for preventing and successfully resolving of conflict situations. This approach is one of the prerequisites for the company success on market and in society.
