Abstract:

The creation of a productive scientific environment that ensures the effective organization of the scientific process for young researchers shows the need in monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of the implemented measures of state support for talented youth in the scientific and engineering sphere. The authors of the article analyzed and demonstrated the impact of grants from the President of the Russian Federation on the career growth of young scientists (Candidates and Doctors of Sciences), who received the support within the framework of competitions held by the Council for Grants of the President of the Russian Federation in the period from 2011 to 2016.
