The Impact of Human Potential on the Economic Success of Rural Municipalities

Abstract:

The countryside is a specific part of the living space where they mingle diverse environmental, economic and social elements. At present, most of the economically active population in rural municipalities is not working either in agriculture or in their place of residence. Reflecting the diversity and multifaceted rural area there is equally rich number of institutions influencing, developing and addressing individual components or problems in this area. These entities seek to develop different rural aspects - to improve quality of life, human resources development, and business development. They use a wide range of tools in their activities, and they have a relatively large amount of money for the countryside. The aim of the work is to examine the impact of human potential on the economic success or rural municipalities on South Bohemian Region in the Czech Republic.
