The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) has been widely used in businesses. The challenges facing by managers because they need to keep thinking the best ways and techniques to effectively promote their services and products. Managers in business and IT department must learn and extend knowledge and idea of management of information systems.

Through this research, will provide the information and understandings to managers in order to deal with some challenges in information systems management for their organizations. Moreover, this study identifies the main focus in information system operation and IT management for business organization in Malaysia. Furthermore, the findings of this study can assist the managers to extend their business to far away locations, offer new products and services, reform organization structure and workflows, and perhaps significantly change the way they operate business.
