The Impact of Knowledge Management and Re-innovation Management

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to present an analytical review of the educational innovation field in Maramures County. Transformations in the education system seem to be very important especially now when innovations in actual education system present the interrelation between all levels from horizontal and vertical levels in the context of a societal economic system. In this study, to measure the impact of knowledge, knowledge sharing and students learning, a questionnaire is applied to 2821 high school students by a great support of colleagues. The paper present the results obtained by applying a questionnaire which were structured to identify also the barriers in re-education and re-design the carrier and development of knowledge management in technological and management field. The educational innovations should be on teaching and learning theory and practice, as well as on the learner, parents, community, society, and its culture. Technology applications need a solid theoretical foundation based on purposeful, systemic research, and a sound pedagogy. One of the critical areas of research and innovation can be cost and time efficiency of the learning. Innovation can have profound economic and social repercussions. The discussion above factors on  knowledge management are design using the results which shows significant association of factors and a positive impact on students performance, The future direction of research limitation are discussed.  The changes in market is giving rise to many types of jobs that do not even exist today. The place of new  technologies at all levels need changes for individual thinking, innovation and creativity.
