The Impact of Organizational Ambidexterity in Achieving the Digital Transformation during COVID-19- Case Study in Algeria

Abstract:

This study attempts to confirm that the organizational ambidexterity is considered as an invisible hand in achieving the rapid digital transformation and an opportunity for the firm through its three dimensions. This study adopted a questionnaire addressed to 530 workers in company in Algeria, who were targeted by the stratified sampling method. Some statistical methods were used to analyze the data: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and simple regression. This paper came out with the inevitability of paying attention to the organizational ambidexterity, so that the society under study can support the management of the current crisis known to the agricultural equipment market with quarantine procedures, social distancing, and the closure of many import opportunities, with a necessity of having a set of organizational dimensions in the development of digital transformation.
