Abstract:

The advancement in technology has transformed all aspects of our lives, from the way we work to the way, we express ourselves, to the way we spend our spare times, and of course, to the way we shop.The rapid evolution of online shopping has given retailers the opportunity to create a stronger presence in the virtual world, enhancing the relationship with their customers, attracting new customers to their stores, and therefore increasing sales. This applies to Jordan as well. Despite the fact that online shopping in Jordan is still in its early stages, we can see a number of strong retailers, for example, Jamalon, the famous book retailer.
