Abstract:
This article aims to present the repercussions of new information technologies on the traditional methods of management, it highlights the role of new managers due to technological changes in economy, combining competence, efficiency and making human capital a key factor for the development of a company. Given the fact that change is inevitable for companies, a series of questions arises: How to help those company leaders consider implementing new forms of organization? How to help them successfully integrate new technologies? How to ensure the integration of these companies while focusing on the development of human resources?
