The Impact of Time Thieves on The Efficiency of Management of Non – Profit Organizations

Abstract:

A non-profit organization is a legal entity that provides services of general interest under pre-determined conditions and for all users on equal terms, and whose profits may not be used for the benefit of founders, members of bodies or its employees, but must be used in full to provide services of general interest. The effective functioning of non-profit organizations is primarily driven by the organizational skills of managers. The basis of self-government is the ability to organize and manage your own time. The management of an individual's time generally depends on his ability to respond adequately to stressors and disturbances that have a negative impact on his work performance. In work activities, self-government is closely linked to the systematic nature of work. The manager who maintains the system and the sequence of tasks prevents them from accumulating. The principle of optimal organization of time in managerial practice also lies in managerial skills. Throughout the working day, managers are confronted with situations that are time consuming. They are surrounded by people, situations and consequences that cause a waste of time. These "time thieves" of managers focus on efficiency, focus and performance. They can get rid of them only by self-discipline. Time is alienated by factors that put them in a stressful situation, stressors and factors that we call work breaks. The task of self-government and time management is the time manager to categorize as effectively as possible the individual management functions and tasks of time thieves who are in their workplace. These thieves can be eliminated by early detection, implementation of effective methods and control of the effectiveness of established measures to ensure productivity and time spent effectively not only for managers but also for individual employees of non-profit organizations.
