Abstract:

In this paper we developed the topic regarding transnational corporations, and their presence in Romania as well as the contribution to the development of the national economy sectors. We reported the main factors that contribute to the development and maintenance of these transnational societies internationally, underlining the competitive capabilities held by these transnational companies. From the structure of the paper it is shown that these transnational societies are generally a major factor in the development of our country. Our country's entry into NATO and the EU has provided transnational corporations the opportunity to penetrate a market that presents many economic and financial advantages. These advantages have motivated transnational corporations to invest in our country in 2013 in industry, trade, services and a lower percentage in construction. So, transnational corporations present an interest in the Romanian market due to the effort that state institutions make to provide a minimum legislative "comfort" for foreign investors.
