Abstract:

Mobility challenges in rural areas can have a negative impact on economic and demographic development. People in these areas often have to move to urban areas to find quality jobs or services, which can lead to a decline in population, and economic activity. In this paper we analyze the factors influencing business decisions in rural areas.   Public transport infrastructure based on short energy cycles using solar energy represent  a solution to boost business decision management in rural areas.
