The Impact of Using E-Commerce on Achieving Electronic Loyalty to Business Organizations (An Analytical Study on Telecommunications Companies in Baghdad)

Abstract:

This study aims to emphasize the importance of e-commerce and its impact on business organizations in general and on telecommunications companies in particular. The goal is to highlight the advantages of implementing e-commerce, which include increased competitiveness, reduced costs and efficiency and effectiveness in the field of telecommunications. Having considered the reality of e-commerce activity in telecom companies, the researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which were that there is a significant connection between e-commerce and electronic loyalty in the surveyed companies. The proposes a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that companies should implement the internet in commercial transactions between them and other companies and for their customers because of the necessity and importance of commercial transactions. Emphasizing the importance of applying e-commerce and benefiting of its advantages is the method of a business to achieve electronic loyalty which is the strength of an organization.
