Abstract:
In recent years, knowledge sharing has become an integral part of knowledge management practices. Most literature has examined facilitators and hinders knowledge sharing within/out side organisations boundaries. There is much known of the knowledge sharing challenges and drivers but less about the impact of knowledge sharing on employees’ learning, employees’ adaptability, and employees’ job satisfaction. To fill this gap, this study is aimed at exploring the knowledge sharing impacts on employees’ learning, adaptability, and job satisfaction in a random sample of private and public universities context. This study approaches the above aim by developing questionnaire based on intensive literature review and existed instruments. Insights for enrich prior theory of knowledge sharing, employees’ learning, employees’ adaptability, and employees job satisfaction will be drawn based on extensive statistical analysis. Implications to shed light on theoretical grounds and knowledge sharing practices will also be shown.
