Abstract:
This research work focuses on the importance of social media in Tunisian companies. When these communication tools are used correctly, this helps promote sales and increase market share. The social networks also open the door to influencer marketing, which involves working with influential people on the web as part of promotional campaigns.
Social media is a preferred channel for managing consumer requests for information or complaints. By offering fast and efficient support on these platforms, companies can contribute to the positive image of the brand and increase customer satisfaction.
So, in our research, we focus on the importance of social media in a Tunisian company named “Tunismart”.
