Abstract:

The human resource is one of the most important factors in the “life” of a society. Professional human resources training helps the company increase activity and profitability. Tourism has become an important sector with an impact on the development of the country’s economy and the generation of a large number of jobs. From the perspective of the professional training of human resources in this segment of work employees are not very well trained in carrying out their work, and this generates a series of risks faced by both the provider and the beneficiary. By identifying and evaluating these risks we can establish a way to improve the human resources activity, respectively the services rendered and the elaboration of a good practice guide that is useful to the provider enabling the creation of sufficient satisfactions for the beneficiary and incentivizing this to come back with love every time.
