Abstract:

In spite of the accelerated development of information and communication technologies those are not always accepted by their end-users. This study is about the determinants of the acceptance of the Intranet. This model formalizes behavior (use of the Intranet) and the satisfaction of the user of the Intranet, starting from the individual, technological, social and managerial determinants. The test of the model near 436 users, made it possible to check that certain characteristics of the user, his organizational environment and technology, lead to its acceptance of this one. The results of the empirical study underline in addition, the essential mediator role of perceptions of the utility in the acceptance of the Intranet
