Abstract:

As we have embraced a knowledge base society in modern times, the corporate culture has become vital for multination companies which operate in a globalized world that links together different members with different values, beliefs, and backgrounds towards achieving common objectives for the benefit of all stakeholders. For this reason, this study will analyze the influence corporate culture has upon the performance of the organization, by conducting a quantitative research in order to demonstrate the dependence of performances inside the organization with that of a positive corporate culture.
