Abstract:

This paper looks at the effects of the geopolitical developments in the Middle East and Iran on the European construction industry, the focus lying on the configuration of cement and concrete production and imports. It examines how regional conflicts, trade policies, and economic sanctions affect supply chains, production costs, and market stability in Europe. The study also looks at the impact of foreign contracts and the strategic answers of European construction companies to these geopolitical problems.​
