Abstract:

The main aim of this proposed research project is to investigate the impact of information systems on knowledge sharing, which as a result impacts organisational performance, innovation, or barriers that restrict individuals’ knowledge sharing behaviour. This proposal discusses the importance of Knowledge Sharing and its impact on organisational performance. It addresses one of the empowering factors that increases knowledge sharing in organisations, which is Information Systems. It also explores the barriers that prevent individuals from knowledge sharing after applications for information systems have already implemented.
