Abstract:

This study aims to analyze the influence of love of money, religiosity, and pay satisfaction on ethical behavior. The researchers processed 300 data from Muslim employee respondents in the banking sector using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the help of LISREL 8.8 software. This study found that love of money negatively influences ethical behavior, while religiosity positively influences ethical behavior. However, in this study it was discovered that pay satisfaction has no influence on ethical behavior.
