Abstract:

The research paper contains the different issues of technology entrepreneurship in South Korea. The theoretical bases of technology management and practical issues of organizational changes and strategy development are considered. The research is focused on the modern problems of global corporations, organizational changes and perspective issues of technology strategy development; it focuses on the effective change management of the knowledge-based enterprises and competitive commercialization.
