The Influence of Organizational culture and Transformational Leadership Style on The Employee’s job Performance

Abstract:

The focus of this study is on Transformational Leadership Style, Organization Culture, and Job Performance. Hence, to derive meaningful coverage, this study examines Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). This oil and gas sector plays an important role in the national economic development of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The study was carried out using a quantitative approach, and the target respondents for the study are those who are at least at the managerial position and playing the role of leaders in various units and departments within ADNOC, for instance, the roles of supervisors and head of departments. Hence, data was collected from only full-time employees of the company, casual and part-time workers were not included in this study. A total of 450 of respondents participate for this study. SmartPLS software was used to test the hypotheses. Results have shown that transformational leadership and organizational culture have significant relationship with employees' job performance
