A case study was conducted to analyse different municipalities in Iran involving five regions in Kerman province, namely, Sirjan, Rafsanjan, Zarand, and Baft. In the case of the current research, survey questionnaire was selected as the data instrument tool for the purpose of exploring the followings: (i) knowledge management comprising information gain, information change, and information utilization, (ii) organizational learning which consists of administrative duty, framework point of view, transparency and test, information exchange, and incorporation created by, and (iii) organizational innovation which includes product invention, retail ingenuity, process creativity, social inventiveness, and key creativity. The findings of this study were obtained from 350 managers residing in all five regions. The present study employed both the Confirmatory Factor Analysis and structured equation model to investigate the degree to which the data suit the all-encompassing model that was introduced. The results showed that the primary model of this study is the best model. Accordingly, a framework approach towards knowledge management, organizational learning, and organizational innovation managed to be affirmed. The intended and unintended impacts of the constructs on one another led to several beneficial results.
