Abstract:

The paper is devoted to a developed IT system for organizing and conducting competitions of scientific and technological research. The authors used HTML5, PHP Framework Yii2, CSS Framework Materialize, JQuery, AJAX, MySQL technologies to design it. The developers register and authorize participants, send scientific projects, arrange contests, evaluate by experts, determine winners, generate diplomas, notify system and block users, provide a technical support in a web-based system. The article stresses the system design, the principles of data placement. An experiment was hosted at Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University, Omsk State Technical University, Irkutsk National Research Technical University, Pacific National University, Naryn State University. It found the benefits of using the system of this class, especially in the development of commercial services and adjusting to a mobile application.
