Abstract:
Understanding management from the point of view of philosophical and aesthetic aspects is an actual vision of management strategy in the axiological context. The relevance of the study is also due to the fact that innovative development has set a number of primary tasks today the one of creating a high-quality and largely new system of strategic management. Without philosophical and theoretical understanding of what is management in general, as well as the identification of the subject area of aesthetics of strategic management as a holistic social phenomenon, it is impossible to understand the paradigm of modern management, how and according to which criteria one is to prepare a new generation of managers.
