Abstract:
Considering certain issues, it should be emphasized that poverty is a global problem that cannot be solved by the efforts of individual countries alone. This study provides a factual assessment of human well-being, with a particular emphasis on poverty, inequality and vulnerability based on the most relevant and accessible data. Particular attention is paid to the causes and its scope. The problem of poverty is an obstacle that impedes the development of each individual, each country and the world as a whole. The implementation of the proposed Individual Poverty Plan can be a financial solution for poverty prevention and elimination in the long term. According to the New Paradigm of Poverty, the perception of poverty needs reconsideration as a stage of life. The New Paradigm suggests a comprehensive analysis of what causes poverty.
