Abstract:

One of the central problems of modern social theory in Russia is the lack of understanding of socio-cultural context of a new technological way formation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). At the same time, ideology of innovative Breakthrough policy of Russia is being implemented within this global information technology platform. It is a reverse response of the society to politically declared processes of sociotechnical transformations. That is the most important topic of socio-humanistic examination of the technological progress. The article describes the results of the sociological study of the reflection of the main concepts of the innovative policy of Russia in population´s public consciousness and professional worldview of the expert community. This complex empirical result is a kind of statistically and verbally illustrated picture. Such a reflexive picture has features of dichotomy, mosaic and eclecticity.
