Abstract:

This article was prepared with the financial support of the Russian Federal Property Fund. Grant  «Development of theoretical and methodological provisions for the formation of a system of reproduction of labor resources in rural areas in the context of labor migration and demographic restrictions» 19-010-00654 Annotation. The article considers the problems of natural population decline, the impact on the reproduction of labor resources. The main factors negatively affecting the reproduction of labor resources in rural areas are also considered.
