Abstract:
The development of trade enterprises in the face of increasing competitive pressure from domestic and international players, as well as the growing level of innovativeness of the economy, is one of the most important problems of development. To solve this problem, it is necessary to combine the latest achievements of economics in the field of finance, management, risk management, cost-based management. The authors have identified cost management as a key component in the management of the development of trading enterprises, pointing out that valuation allows us to specify and make measurable many aspects of the activities of enterprises. At the same time, the level of elaboration of questions connected with value estimates use in managing the development and operation of trading enterprises remains insufficient, therefore, the article is devoted to the problem of choosing and substantiating the main indicators that make up the fundamental value of trading enterprises. The article discusses the concept of fundamental value, suggests its use as a base type of value in managing the development of trading enterprises. A four-level structure of the fundamental value of the commercial enterprise is offered, including the book value, operating value, investment value and the cost of dynamic flexibility, and an approach is offered to determine the indicators and constituent elements of the fundamental value of the commercial enterprise
