Abstract:

The purpose of the article is to analyse and evaluate the market of mineral fertilizers in Poland and -BIP, Central Statistical Office in Poland and external trade in these products. The study uses stastical materials published by IERiCZ-BIP. Central Stastistical office in Poland (GUS) as well as data from the International Trade Statistics database. The time range of the data covers the years 2001-2017. The results of the control of the Main Inspectorate of Trade Quality of Agricultural and Food Products from 2013-2018 were also used. During data processing, the basic methods of statistical analysis of data were used. The basic indicators analysing foreign trade were also used: trade coverage (TC), and IIT (intra-industry trade).
