The Meaning of Organizational Culture and University Social Responsibility in Teaching Students with Disabilities

Abstract:

The article reveals the relevance of the study of the role of organizational culture and social responsibility of a university in teaching students with disabilities (HIA). The specifics of the organizational culture of the university as a whole and its social responsibility in matters of professionalization of persons with disabilities are identified. The directions of work and activities to create an accessible educational environment for students with disabilities by means of the organizational culture of the university are presented.
