Abstract:

In the context of the digital economy's development, it is relevant for large industrial enterprises to use advanced tools for assessing the internal digital potential, which allows determining strategic development directions in the field of applying information technologies in order to increase economic efficiency.The objective of the study is to develop scientific tools for assessing the level of development of industrial enterprises' digital potential.The existing approaches to the concept of the digital potential of an enterprise and methods for assessing it are studied using the general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. Based on the decomposition method, an original model of the functional dependence of the elements of the industrial enterprise's digital potential is developed. The study presents the original approach to the concept, institutional essence, model of the functional dependence of the elements, and the methodology for assessing the level of development of the industrial enterprise's digital potential.
