Abstract:

Actuality and appropriateness of this essential work are subject to changes taking place in our society. Dynamic social conditions require prompt adaptation from each of us. The need to study human motivation and its forms tends to increase continuously. This is largely due to increasing volume of knowledge which, itself, requires a personality able to possess and work with them. Currently, the society takes up the creative potential of every individual. This paper is based on a questionnaire consisting of 10 sets of questions, answered by 200 students.
